As a Relationship Manager, the key responsibility of the role is leading the relationship with each of your clients. You'll join a team that includes five other Relationship Managers, as well as Financial Analysts. You'll have support from the Analysts, and you'll also do some of the analysis yourself as you get up to speed, which will help you learn our systems and approach. Initially, you will take on some existing clients, but we'll also look to you to build your book. You will act as an advocate for your clients, understanding their needs, earning their respect and confidence, and growing the relationship to be all that it can be. This will include holding the client accountable for their side of the relationship, managing client expectations and working to resolve disagreements. You'll serve as the face of Vantage to the client, including delivering presentations. We have a number of investment-only clients, so you will need to keep your investment knowledge sharp and up-to-date.

Internally you will act as the "quarterback" of the Vantage team, coordinating among various resources to ensure the client experience leaves nothing wanting. Some tasks you will delegate and some you will handle yourself. Day-to-day activities will include reviewing accounts, phone and email follow-up, working with Analysts regarding upcoming presentations, handling changes to distributions and beneficiary updates, and more.

We'll also look to you to make active and productive contributions to our firm's growth, including supporting and actively engaging in firm marketing campaigns. Once up to speed, you'll also serve as a mentor to others on the team, supporting development and training.
